Matthew practiced for over seven years with some of the largest law firms in the country advising clients on a variety of corporate and real estate matters.
Matthew took a leadership role advising clients on corporate acquistions, dispositions and reorganizations, as well as all areas of real property development, lending and other commercial financing transactions. Matthew represented commercial landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and advised investment funds regarding joint venture transactions in connection with various development projects. Whether advising a new emerging growth company or a Fortune 50 client, Matthew's focus has been on timely, comprehensive, and common sense representation with an eye to the business needs of the client.
