Development and Procurement of Incentives
We represent developers assisting with zoning, from site acquisition, incentives application and execution from TIFs to property tax abatements and other pre-development transactions to the lease-up, construction, or financing of the real estate project.

We have experience negotiating and documenting every conceivable type of financing product associated with real estate, including property acquisitions, pre- development and construction costs, short-term bridge or interim loans to permanent loan vehicles, workouts and foreclosures.

We represent both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and documentation of commercial leases related to any real estate use (retail, flex, medical, office, and more) or form (gross leases, NNN leases, build-to-suit leases, ground leases, sale-leasebacks, and more)
