Ann joined KMFY in July 2023, bringing with her years of experience in business litigation and commercial leasing, representing businesses of all sizes and landlords and tenants alike. She began her career in private practice with Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, LLP, litigating business, employment and family law matters. From there, she transitioned to the in-house environment, working for Washington Prime Group in its negotiation of leases and related agreements with retail, restaurant and office tenants in shopping centers throughout the country. More recently, she switched her focus to the tenant side, joining Bath and Body Works’ legal real estate team, handling leasing matters across the company’s national portfolio of stores in shopping and strip centers. Before beginning her legal career, Ann had the pleasure of working for a talent agency in Beverly Hills, California, assisting in the fast-paced management and legal representation of high-profile actors, comedians and musicians. She is enthusiastic about our community, the preservation of the city’s historical works and the arts. In her everyday practice of law, Ann takes immense pride in helping clients navigate the legal issues in their personal and professional lives in a practical, straightforward manner.
