Fred is a litigator and focuses his practice on construction litigation with an emphasis on representing and defending design professionals. He has represented owners, construction managers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers in disputes ranging from contract negotiations, nonpayment, loss prevention, delay claims, and all forms of litigation and appeal. In addition to his construction practice, Fred has experience litigating across a broad spectrum of matters including managing mass tort claims from the date of loss, loss prevention investigations, and business and real estate disputes. He also has experience in criminal prosecution to managing mass tort claims shortly after the date of loss. He is dedicated to advocating on behalf of his clients. Fred resides in Columbus with his wife Amy and their three boys Logan, Connor, and Jack.
