Kevin Kelleher

Kevin is an associate with the Firm’s civil litigation group. He has experience in civil litigation, both in state and federal court and at the trial and appellate level. Prior to joining the Firm, Kevin practiced labor and employment law, representing both individuals and corporations in matters concerning employment discrimination, wage and hour issues, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and drafting and negotiating severance agreements. Here, Kevin assists on a wide array of matters, including intellectual property disputes, employment agreements, construction litigation, and business litigation.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Kevin first came to Ohio to attend The Ohio State University.  Afterward, he graduated magna cum laude from Capital University Law School. During law school, Kevin concentrated his education in litigation, and worked for firms that handled a variety of employment-related matters. Currently, he lives in Columbus with his wife.
