Rodrigo Horna is an associate of the firm's Real Estate and Corporate group. Rodrigo's practice involves the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate related documents, as well as conducting due diligence in connection with the acquisition of real estate and businesses, and assisting in various transactional and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining KMFY Law, Rodrigo worked as an associate in a Dayton-based business law firm, gaining valuable experience in a wide array of areas, including federal and state taxation, estate planning, and general corporate matters.
Rodrigo was born and raised in Lima, Peru, and is fluent in Spanish. Prior to coming to the United States, Rodrigo attended law school at the National University of San Marcos (Lima, Peru) and graduated in 2016 at the top of his class. While in Lima, Rodrigo worked at a renowned firm as well as in-house for a local bank. Rodrigo came to the United States in 2018 to pursue an LL.M. degree (Master of Laws) at the University of Cincinnati. After completing the LL.M. program, he transferred to the JD program and graduated in May 2021. During law school, Rodrigo completed internships with the City of Cincinnati and clerked at a Dayton law firm.
In his spare time Rodrigo enjoys all things fitness and running, teaching his golden retriever to play soccer, experimenting with Peruvian cuisine, and salsa dancing with his wife.
