Government Relations
Sean focuses his practice on Government Relations. He combines his past experience as a political consultant and campaign manager with his legal training to counsel clients in areas of government relations, land use, real estate development, permitting, as well as general lobbying and election law matters. Sean has served as general counsel in Ohio for a Presidential Campaign, statewide ballot issues, and local campaigns. He also serves as legal counsel for National & Statewide trade associations. In the real estate regulatory arena, Sean primarily represents developers and individuals. However, he provides general lobbying services for a wide variety of interests including construction, technology, insurance, engineering, and gaming. He regularly represents clients at the state and local levels.
Sean is a native of Columbus and grew up in a family with a long history of public service. He is actively involved in the community where he serves as a Trustee of the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA), as a Board Member of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, and as Chairman of the Board for the Aquinas Scholarship Endowment Fund.
